Q: I don’t know my username or password
A: Your residency program coordinator may know your username and initial password, which will work if you have never activated your account at my.atsu.edu.
Know your username but not your most recent password? Go to my.atsu.edu and click “Forgot my password” for assistance. If this feature is not set up for your account, you may need to call the Help Desk toll-free at (866) 626-2878, extension 2200. They can reset your password for you. Once you can log in to my.atsu.edu, you will use the same username and password at StillOPTI.org.

Q: I’m logged in to StillOPTI.org but cannot access a specific video or resource.
A: Contact Still OPTI for this one; there is probably an incorrect setting on the resource. Call 660.626.2717 or email Katie (firstname.lastname@example.org)
